We provide a turnkey solution to Craft Distilling which enables our clients to install a micro-distillery and produce a range of spirits with ease. Our production method uses duty paid neutral grain spirit as the base, negating the need for a bonded warehouse.

Our story

Matt Servini and Vanessa Rapier are Co-Founders and Directors of The Craft Distilling Business Ltd. They first met in 1998 working for a soft drinks manufacturer, Matt in R&D, Nessie in Marketing. Two decades and lots of gin later, The Craft Distilling Business has been born out of a mutual desire to bring something exciting and innovative to the retail and hospitality industry.

Along the way Matt has been Company Director for a number of multi-national organisations spanning technical, marketing and commercial. Nessie has spent her time working in the hospitality industry developing the marketing and commercial strategies for a number of UK pub and restaurant businesses.

Events

Gertie, our portable still is available to hire for Pop-Ups and Events. She can be used to produce any un-aged spirit, not just Gin, although this is the current favourite! Recipes can be bespoke or existing. We will set up & operate the still as well as sourcing packaging if required.
